My name is Jerry Kuiper, owner and inspector for Progressive Inspecting Solutions. I am committed to providing you a thorough, honest inspection. I'm a Certified Professional Inspector, a member of the International Association of Certified Home Inspectors (InterNACHI). It's the only organization that requires it's members to pass a certification exam to become a member. Other organizations allow candidate membership just for paying dues. Not NACHI. To be a member of NACHI, I had to pass their Home Inspector's Exam, as well as their other requirements for membership. I've done that and earned the seal you see in the sidebar to the right. I am based in the Hudsonville / Grand Rapids area, but I inspect homes throughout West Michigan, including Kent, Ottawa, Barry, Muskegon and Allegan counties. My Promise to YouChoosing the right home inspector can be difficult. Unlike most professionals, you probably will not get to meet me until after you hire me. Furthermore, different inspectors have varying qualifications, equipment, experience, reporting methods, and yes, different pricing.
